Introduction

該系列產(chǎn)品為典型的雙鍋筒縱置式"D"型布置快裝水管鍋爐。它由上下鍋筒、膜式水冷壁、過熱器、對流管束及省煤器組成，燃燒器布置在前墻，燃料在爐膛內(nèi)燃燒后，煙氣經(jīng)過熱器、對流管束及省煤器排入煙囪。該產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小，火焰充滿度好；采用下支承方式，能自有向上膨脹；爐膛水冷壁及對流煙道全部采用膜式壁結(jié)構(gòu)，密封性好且有效降低耐火磚的使用及維修工作量；外包裝采用彩鋼板，外形美觀、漂亮；采用全自動燃燒器，燃燒效率高并具有點火程序控制及超壓、熄火保護功能；采用快裝結(jié)構(gòu)，能有效縮短安裝周期。

The series boiler is typical double drums and package water-tube boiler with D arrangement It consists of steam and water drum,memberane wall,superheater,convective bank and economizer.Lay out the burner at the front wall.When fuel has been bumed inside of the furmace,the smoke goes through the superheater and economizer.And last goes to the chimney.The product is less occupying area with compact structure has good tightness and reduce the amount of fire bricks and maintenance load.The external packing uses colour steel plate with beautiful appearance.Fully-automatic combustor is used with high burning efficiency and ignition control program.It also has over pressure and flameout protective functions takes package structure to shorten installation period.
